Privacy policy

How we handle the details you share with us through this website, WhatsApp and email. Last updated 9 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by BharatFirm ("we"). You can reach us at hello@bharatfirm.com.

What we collect

  • What you type into the enquiry form: your name, mobile number, email, city, the service you need and any message.
  • Whether you ticked the box asking for WhatsApp updates.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

Please don't send sensitive details

Don't put bank account or card numbers, Aadhaar, PAN, passwords or health information in the form or in your first message. If we need documents for your work, we will tell you how to share them securely.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
  • To send compliance reminders and updates on WhatsApp, only if you ticked that box. Reply STOP at any time, or email us, to stop them.

We don't sell your details or use them for anything else.

Who we share it with

Only the services that carry your message to us: our form provider, our email provider and WhatsApp. They process it on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your enquiry once we no longer need it to reply to you. If you do, your engagement letter sets out how we keep client records.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop WhatsApp updates.

Grievance officer

Write to hello@bharatfirm.com with "Grievance" in the subject. We acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them within one month.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
